BabyWatch Live is developed by Caio Studio. By using BabyWatch Live ("the app"), you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

BabyWatch Live is a baby monitoring application that allows you to use two iOS devices as a camera and monitor. The app provides video streaming, sound detection, and movement analysis features.

IMPORTANT: BabyWatch Live is NOT a medical device. It is a supplementary monitoring tool. Sound analysis and movement detection features are algorithmic estimations only. This app does not replace direct parental supervision, certified medical monitoring equipment, or professional medical advice. Never rely solely on this app for your child's safety.

2. Subscriptions

Free Trial: New users receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their refund policy.

3. Account

You must sign in with a valid Apple ID to use the app.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
You can delete your account and all data at any time from Settings > Delete Account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use BabyWatch Live only for its intended purpose: monitoring your own baby or a baby under your care. You must not:

Use the app to monitor anyone without their knowledge or consent.
Share access codes with unauthorized persons.
Attempt to reverse-engineer or modify the app.

5. Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Video and audio streams are transmitted between your devices and are not recorded or stored on our servers.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accurate detection, or reliable alerts. Network conditions, device compatibility, and environmental factors may affect performance.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this app. This includes, but is not limited to, any harm resulting from reliance on the app's monitoring features.

8. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
